Return Policy

Refund Policy
 
Returns
Our policy for returns is 30 days from the day of purchase.  If you have not returned the item within this time frame we will not be able to refund or exchange.
 
Order changes and cancellations
We are unable to cancel or change orders once the order is placed.  If it is eligible to return, you may return your item once received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition and in the original packaging you received it.
 
We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete the return.
 
If you desire to return for a refund, the shipping will be at your cost. When we receive your return we will inspect and approve for return. We will send you an email to notify that we received your item. We will also notify you if your return is approved or rejected for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Note: You will not receive the initial shipping cost in your refund that was charged when you ordered the item. It will be deducted from your refund.
 
Missing refunds
If you have not received your refund and several days have gone by, first check your bank account again to make sure you haven't received the refund. Then contact your credit card company because it may take some time for your account to be posted. If you have done all of this and you still haven't found your refund, please contact ninny@ninnysclothesline.com.
 
Sale Items
 
We will refund only regular priced items. All sale items are non refundable.
 
 
Exchanges
 
We replace only items that are damaged or defective and you want to exchange for same item. Send us an e-mail and then send your item to Ninny's Clothes Line, LLC. 200 E. Main Street, #229, Cabot, Arkansas 72023-1910-54.
 
Gifts
 
If you received a gift and the gift was marked as gift and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. 
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
 
Shipping
 
To return your item please mail to Ninny's Clothes Line, LLC, 200 East Main Street #229, Cabot, Arkansas 72023-1910-54.
You will be responsible to pay for the shipping cost for returning your item.  This expense is non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item that the value is over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or gain shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
